Sticky Tilt

Hi all, my TILT some times get Sticky, for short period of time the screen and hardkeys dosn´t respond, i try at least 4 ROM (1 ATT and 3 HTC), and 3 Radios... any ideas, some times is just anoyng, some times its terrible becasuse its need a softreset, maybe htc home screen bugs or sometihng
