Hi. Agile Messenger shuts down every time my XDA Exec goes to sleep. Is there a way that I can stay logged onto AOL and Yahoo IM's even though my PDA is conserving its battery power a bit? Like I guess I would have to only make the screen turn off but the PDA is told not to sleep? (Is this going to make my battery life really short?) Please let me know what I would have to do. I have my GPRS set to be Always On, btw.
Also it would be cool if I knew I wasn't going to chat for a little while, if I could have the PDA sleep. But if when I turned it back on, the software was ready to start logging on right away.
Edit: Sorry for stupid question, I'm just getting fed up with the PDA. I guess that's what I have to do and my battery life would be maybe 3-4 hours or so then. I was trying to think of another solution like logging on through a web browser or something else more like a plain old cellphone does.
