Hi all,
A few minutes ago I was about to send a text message, but the (standard) MS messaging client didn't pop up when pressing the hotkey.
- Standard client won't pop up.
- PocketCM closes instantly after launching it.
- Backuping text messages (with PIM) is not possible due to this.
- Startmenu shortcut to Messaging/Messages is gone.
Conclusion: The whole messaging part is gone!!
I found http://forums.thoughtsmedia.com/f323/messaging-app-has-disappeared-tytnii-87883.html and ther is told it could be something with the registry.
Anybody knows how to fix this?:confused: I hate losing (some) text messages I received/sent.

I removed the 2GB micro SD and messaging launched immediatly after pressing the button. This is weird. Let me research this...
Solution confirmed.
Removed Inbox.mst[ID] and a folder called FOUND.000 containing a large number of files. Also defragmented the card.
