Upgrade iPaq 6345! Please, help me...

I need your help! :D
I have a iPaq 6345 and I hate my wm2003... :eek:
Is there any way to upgrade it to newer version of windows ?

Can i use a version that is not for 63xx? It's not a problem if i'll lose some function...
