MMS Sending /Recieving

I called tmobile to have them reset everything and they still couldnt get my phone to send and recieve we changed connections and checked my previous settings and it still just wont work.Anyone have any ideas?

Just Flash with a different ROM there are many to choose from but make sure you get the right radio ROM depending on score, if it is one that looks like it has been successful then try that one but do plenty of research and DO NOT FLASH WITH THE WRONG ROM MAKE SURE IT IS THE RIGHT MODEL PHONE
