hi, guys, I really enjoy final version of WM3.13.755CS WWE ROM from c_shekhar, and I think it's the fittest rom for me. Maybe many guys in the forum think so, too. c_shekhar is a master and he is the asset in our community. Thanks for offering us this incredible rom.

Based on his rom, I have recooked several times, and now I feel this is the perfect rom for me. I want to share this recooked rom with other friends in our forum.

Hi hi, glad that you opened your own thread. I'm currently using your modified ROM [WM3.18.931aCS (build 20931)] with HTC Cube removed. Although there're still bugs but I'm happy with it so far.

For your new ROM, will it be possible for you to list down all the program in the ROM?

yeah, I know some friends in the forum eagerly want the rom with diamond m2d skin. For that c_shekhar's thread is not updated a lot, I just open a new thread to release this recooked version.
Thanks for using my recooked version of WM3.18.931 from c_shekhar.
I used that version for a couple of days, I found compared with the 3.13 it's less of stability and performance, and seemed that 3.18 has some bugs, so I'm back to my 3.13 now.
BTW, I'll be testing for one day more, I'll release it in a couple of hours. You know I want to share with you guys with a bug-free release. Just be patient, there is only one color match I found and I am fixing it now. The rom will be uploded in 4 hours.

Our Polaris community is the fast developing community. New cooks getting added is an indicator of it. And I am proud to be part of it. There are very few left who are still protecting their work and dont want to share knowledge with the community. I am very strogly hopeful that they too shall consider releasing the unprotected and dumpable ROMs.

Sorry, guys. My mega manager did not work appropriately last night. I thought I had uploaded the file, but it seemed it did not. I don't know why. I'm uploading it now. I am totally new here, and also totally new to "smartphones". (thats what this polaris / (HTC Touch Cruise here) is here, am I correct?)

Anyway, I am still playing around with it, although I have finally set it up as I think fits me, but mannn I just love that Diamond screen and functions..
So, if I download this ROM, i get a lot of extra's? Or a faster system? Or the Diamond look (as on the first page here :) ) ?? But what happens with all apps that I already did?
Can I make a backup and restore it after the rom? ANd what if the rom just doesnt fit me, can I go back somehow?
As you see, Im a noob.. any suggestions, comments, answers would be highly appreciated.

you have to install Hard-SPL before flashing cooking rom. About Hard_spl you can see this:

1. HTC Album can't zoom in image properly. It seems to be it zoom in the image cache (?) instead of the actual image. Using Pictures & Videos will not have this problem.

2. Some buttons at the bottom of the screen can't be displayed. e.g.: the favorite screen in MapKing & REGEDIT.

Compared to your recooked Shehkar ROM, this release has no problem with manual network selection and the Deleted Items + Sent Items folder in SMS are intact. :)

There is 84Mb ram for the official wm6.1 with 3.13 driver for polaris which is supporting the newer radio from htc.

Are you looking for CHS or CHT?
I use A4 input for pinyin (A4输入法), but if you want to really input directly I found the samsung input program works on polaris and it's very good.

Remember to install the Chinese fonts before, so you can read the Chinese text in a WWE ROM.

Thanks for this great ROM, I really like it. I do have some little issues with it though, which I thought I'd share with you:
When going to Album, it hangs. I can then only go back using the "Hangup" key (Red Phone) which takes me back to my Home and then close the Album from there.
Also, sometimes the touchscreen response is very slow... I type something, and 2 seconds later the text appears.... (or sometimes not at all)
