Callibrate screen without using touch screen

One of our users has a Touch Dual (Australian Version). Does anyone know of a way to open the start menu, in order to get to the screen calibration, without using the touch screen?
As far as I can tell, the Nike release of this phone has a key on the keypad to open the start menu, but the Dual release, our user has, doesn't.

Wrong, the dual release has a Windows-key (I have the dual release myself).

You can press the Enter button and the camera button at the same time to jump to the screen calibration utility

What ever release the user has, apparently it doesn't have a windows key, however the 2 button shortcut from debenham worked. Cheers heaps for that! ;)
