HELP Polaris no longer recognized

I was just trying to flas a new radio and when I connected my Polaris to my PC it was no longer recognized on my computer. Now I have tried several different computers where my other HTC phone works fine, but the Touch Cruise won't. Has anyone an idea what could be wrong or is there a way to flash a new radio from the bootloader? Would be thankful for any help.

i know somewhere in this forum is a topic about how to flash phone with sd card, ive seen it somewhere in the polaris upgrading i believe.... maybe an option?

Tried to flash from micro sd car, but didn't work either, I guess it is because I don't have the proper bootloader /Hard-SPL installed. I wonder if there is a way to install the HARD-SPL.
