Dude, google is already not so good when translating french to english, so if you add SMS language on top of it the result is just garbled... :D

Anyway i got your point (sort of), what happened is that you MUST first flash Hard-SPL (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=351964) before using the polaris unlocker (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=375338).
