Endless Rebooting - DCD 3.3.4

As soon as the phone is at the setup screen it reboots, unless its plugged into USB in which case it works until I disconnect it from USB, then it reboots.

I used the Olio 2.4 unlocker:

Then I flashed the radio via USB and then DCD 3.3.4 via USB.

Very frustrating... any ideas? I don't have a mini flash card but I guess I could get one if need be.

Actually scratch that. I used some TitanUnlocker.exe which I'd saved but I don't remember where I got it. Working on getting Olipro 2.4 from the above URL working now.

w00t. Ok I figured out how to do this if you:
Have Vista 64 bit
A High Density (2+ GB) Micro SD Card

And you do not have a non high density (1 or less GB) Micro SD card.

First hook up the titan to your computer, and copy over neueSPL (first link). Run it and you'll be rebooted into a temporary boot loader of version 2.03 SPL. Now you can almost run ROMUpdateUtility.exe, put TITAIMG (From Below) in the same directory as you have ROMUpdateUtility.exe and go ahead and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe.

The TITAIMG.nbh was extracted from the NueSPL.exe.

This worked like a charm for me. Really roundabout but if you're too cheap to buy a non-SDHC micro SD card and too busy to install a non 64-bit version of windows this solution does work.
