Please help identify and stop this application from running

Hi there,

I have the regular HTC Home plugin... no Contacts tab, and I do not use any quick/speed dial features besides manually selecting a telephone number from the Contacts list.

When I run certain applications and I click the left softkey to exit the applications or to do other things within the applications, this application (shown in the attached picture) will sometimes pop up. I would say the occurrence is once every five times in certain applications, and I find it quite annoying.

Questions:

1. What is this application?
2. Can prevent it from running without causing errors?

that is the Speed dial screen from the touchflo cube, it comes from sliding your finger across the screen in an upward fashion i dont know why it is doing that when you press the left soft key

What left softkey are you tapping? Are you sure you are in the right forum?
