How to update or remove Windows Live ?

Hello guys.
I'm trying to update Windows Live on my HTC Niki.
Now I have WLM 10.6.0039
I found on FTP XDA a cab file WLiveMobile10.6.31.2600.cab
I tried to install it but installation terminates with an unsuccessful message.
Is tehere a way to remove previous version or to replace it ?

To remove, just go settings-system-remove programs and voila!
