Guys - don't you think it is time to split developement AND skinning to 2 subforums?

I cannot find anything useful lately, skins for sad apps everywhere, ripped sad htc soft etc..but nothing useful...
So, admins, plz, consider it..
Good things are drowning there..

I agree with this. Its too hard to find things these days. Or even to determine if you are looking for an app or a skin

thanks a lot.
GUI fun and soft development should be separated, imo.
many good software/betas/ideas have drown under another manilla rip/edit/whatever.
making something working under other machine, ok, - "development etc", but another skin for something is just modification, so "skinning, and modifications"...
