Change color of top and bottom of screen?

I've tricked out my screen with all black (very clean and elegant), but I still have teal-colored strips at the top and bottom of my screen (top: where Start and system icons are; bottom: where soft keys are).

Can someone tell me how to change the color of these parts of the screen?

what device do you have

its normaly done by changing themes but im not sure were this option is unless i know what device you have

I have a fuze. But I found out how by installing UITweaker.

Works great.

this is a thread i created a long time ago... with how to create a nice clean black GUI for your device. it also includes the skin classicblack.tsk, which you can put in your /storage card/ dir and then apply from start/settings/today/

I do belive ui tweeker will solve that for you, sorry i dont have the link. Hoorah to the creator of that app!
