hi,
i've managed to backup my original ROM with the following process, hope it will help you
Step 1
Download the WWE BaseROM from http://rapidshare.com/files/57816419/RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_1.56.405.5_radio_sign_22.45.88. 07_1.27.12.11_Ship.rar.html or http://rapidshare.com/files/120599271/RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_1.56.405.5_radio_sign_22.45.88. 07_1.27.12.11_Ship.exe
this ROM will be used in reconstruction process
Step 2
Download the Kaiser Kitchen from http://rapidshare.com/files/85341969/kaiserkitchen_01-20-08.rar.html
Step 3
Copy Part01.raw, Part02.raw and BaseROM that you have downloaded from the Step 1 in BaseROM Folder under Kaiser Kitchen Folder, forget about the other raw parts.
now double click on KAISERKITCHEN.CMD in Kaiser Kitchen Folder
select the options in the following order
Select e
Select b
it will start working on your ROM, now wait untill it says press any key to continue, press any key and you will see the menu again
Select c
Select b
it will open Package tool, go to BuildOS tab click LoadROM button and select Kaiser Kitchen Folder, uncheck all the programs and apps if checked and click GO
close the Package tool utility when done.
you will see further progress in the black(consol) window
wait until it opens HTC Rom Tool
go to ROM Builder TAB
Select Polaris in Device List
make sure model ID is POLA*****
click ... button in system and select os-new.nb file and click build ROM button
select a folder where you want to create your ROM file and click save
your done.
flash your ROM and test it
