clone help, please

i have the htc touch pro and a ppc 6700 (helmi c upgraded) on alltels network. the 6700 is disconnected and i would like to make it receive the same signal (phone #) as my touch. i know only one can be used at a time. any detailed help would be much appreciated. thank you.

you can ask your network to burn a new sim for you with the same number.
You will receive the same signal and both phones will work independently but you will see missed calls on the "other one" everyone you answer a call on the "first one"
