Apps will not UNINSTALL and [REQUEST] Uninstall Program

I have been experiencing this issue since last month. I've noticed after I used some apps to customized my BA (like Adv. Config, HTC Tweak or SPB PPC tips&tricks) I can't uninstall programs. But after using this apps for tweaking and then I will install something, I can uninstall this but not the apps that I installed before I used this tweaking applications. Anyone have an idea about this issue?

And also is there any uninstall program for PPC that is more detailed? Like it will show the size and the place where we install an application? Thanks. I am sleepy sorry for my grammar it's 1:54am now.

My request and question above was not resolve yet, but it is ok I am using Windows Mobile 6.5 now. Though it will be much better still if there will be a nice uninstall program for PPC just like in desktop pc's.

And here is my new request. Since there is an application for Facebook members, can somebody make an application for friendster members? Because most people in asia specially in the Philippines we use friendster. Hope someone can do this, thanks in adv.

by uninstall do you mean it gives and error if you try and uninstall them
or just that the shortcut to them is not removed from the programs dir
if the later you can just remove the shortcuts manualy from
\windows\startmenu\programs

i strongly suggest SKTools if you want to fully uninstall an application

Just an example, I tried to uninstall MS Powerpoint. I gives me an error "Microsoft Powerpoint Addon was not completely removed. Do you want to remove it from the list of installed program?"
http://www.imagebam.com/image/782c4721549350I clicked YES but still it's in the installed program and I can still run it. It happens to all the apps (I can't removed it or uninstall it ) that was installed on my BA before I used ADVCANCED CONFIG, HTCtweak, etc..but I can removed apps that was installed after I used ADVCANCED CONFIG

@ Red Hanks

What rom is that (sorry not familiar with that devicde or rom) 6.0? 6.1?

I used to have that trouble on my prophet whilst running wm5, but since i flashed it to 6.0 then 6.1 cooked roms, the issue was gone:D but i assume its a 6.1 cooked rom yes?

It may be the programs you are installing.... Power point is not meant to be installed it was just packed into cabs by third party groups. ms designed it to be built into your rom

@timmy it is WM6.1. Do you happen to know if there is any uninstaller for WinMo which is more detailed?

Try Pocket Mechanic, perhaps that might be helpful

@Ather, I will try that one.

I just did a hard reset on my BA. I installed the exact apps that I have before I HR my ppc but I did not use any customization tools like Advanced config, htcTweak etc..and now I can uninstall all the apps and reinstall it again. Maybe, this apps does something on the phone that prevents the installed apps to be remove? What do you think guys??? weird...

What i think is,....... The apps you want to uninstall is still running,.

Use Advanced Task Manager (from dotfred) and make sure your installed apps are not running at all,. (have a look at it in the "process" tab),.

Then uninstall,.

That often happen for me sir,. and what i did was just closing it all via task manager,.

because it was just the same with USB that still working, then you cant safely remove it,. :D

I'm assuming it gives an error when you try and uninstall things. If so, what does the error say?
