sms late

Hi, somebody can help me, I have the following problem:
I receive the sms with late hours, the problem is in the htc but I do not know where

That can it happen?

would say it's a gsm network issues
sometimes they are slow to route
more so if it's from another network then their own

The problem is in the HTC diamond right now what if I interchange cards sim with another telephone I do not have this problem, the net this well.
Any suggestion...
