[Q]Bell_UI WVGA?

Does anybody knows how to modify the bell_ui for WVGA screens?

I am going to donate to anybody willing to do so.:)

I wish that too.....but it seems it is not possible. The backgroud file is probably into the .cdl files which seems nobody is able to edit. :(
