cannot connect to activesync after upgrade to 6.1

Hello, I just upgraded my phone to winmo 6.1 but now, i cannot connect to activesync 4.5 anymore in my xp laptop..when i plugged my phone to my laptop, it said not recognized usb device..i've tried to follow the instruction from the sticky to unchecked the first option in usb to pc but no luck

anybody can help me please? thanks
