new user needs help

I've got a o2 xda neo..........
i don't know anything related to upgradation (not even basics)....................
i want to upgrade my device from wm5 to wm6 ..........
can somebody help me how to upgrade..............
plz suggest me the simplest way including the basics for beginner.............

The simplest way is read the treads or the wiki. The hardest way is to send the prophet and someone flashed it for you.

You can start here (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Prophet). Make sure you read up plenty....that's the best way to get familiar with all the stuff around your phone.

Follow these instructions step by step:

1. Read the upgrade guide by Animelover carefully.
Current upgrade guide for the most ROMs

2. After reading and understanding it carefully, you should ponder over this thread by dioxda2:

3. Download LazyTool (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2246369&postcount=48) and upgrade, it includes CloudFa's ROM.

4. Here is my favourite ROM, you may try it out:

Im pretty sure youll have no problem after following the above instructions.
