No Micro after install HardSPL 1.16???

Hello,

i tryed to upgrade my ROM to an other Version. For this i istalled the hard spl. I think i did something wrong brcause after this, my micro don´t work :-(

Any Ideas??? Because i can´t send it to o2 with a modified ROM.
