help! htc diamond 3690 with no manilla and gps

I BROUGT A HTC DIAMOND 3690 AIRTEL edition from my friend .i resides in india.my diamond has not manilla interface application and when i go to setting<today screen in icons menu there is no option for manilla or touchflo 3d.so pls help how can i use manilla on my device

second problem is that my htc diamond has only a single gps related application installed that is quick gps which when i open has only one option to download and when i click download i download some kbs and stops and nothing happens.so what to do to use gps ,is there any other application needed for to run gps on htc diamond ?i am in real trouble i upgrade to htc diamond because of these two above functions but i can not use both.

Do a hard reset and it should restore your manilla unless a new rom was installed in which case you would need to flash a new one.

Quick gps just updates your satellite info. it isn't really gps software at all.
you probably need gps test to turn your gps on (http://classic.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=24687&associateid=9)

and then you will need what ever gps software you want.
