Does anyone know if the internal guts from a US bought SDA will fit in the housing of a Qtek 8310 ??

Can possibly get a housing for cheap - just do not know if the guts will fit

If anyone can help - it would be appreciated

Have a good one

The PBA of all Tornado is the same, so any will fit any housing for a Tornado. I am sure that the PBA also fits in the case of an SPV C550 (Hurricane), as O2 has delivered it as such in their O2 XDA phone model (I suspect only delivered in Germany, unfortunately w/o WiFi). I have placed a normal Tornado PBA (from a Vodafone VDA 1240) to the O2 XDA phone case and enjoy the synergy of form and function :-).
Be aware that you need to have the keyboard + case of the new phone as well with all space-keeping rubber and foam parts. So basically you just remove the phone-PBA + display from the old case and put it to the new, care for the rubber parts!

I just noticed by looking at E-Bay that keyboard and keypad from SDA won't fit Qtec, and price of those are as much as the case. Unless you are planning on buying a used not working Qtec, and use your SDA internal parts with Qtec's kb & kp. Some of the case kits include the keyboard but not keypad(inner skin). Good Luck mate. Qtec looks very nice and I believe their D-Pad doesn't have same issue as SDA's.
