HTC Polaris, Cruise P3650 dead don't charge, don't turn on, nothing =(

Hello! I have changed the ROM and now my HTC Polaris is dead. If I try to charge there is no red or green light, if i try to turn it on nothing happens, if i try to do bootloader mode nothing happens.
When I conect to PC via USB it tells me "Data interface" but it doesnt' do anything.
Any idea how to solve it? Please help =(

when you do usb connection it says connected though you cant turn on the phone? try to start it with holding the hard reset buttons...
