Install 96DPI patch, but I not tested this on these ROM... On me, this patch working properly only on Clean 19202 ROM.

I really like the look of this rom - but have an issue

Once I install the sim card - I get the screen that tells me the phone is sim locked and there are only two chances left to unlock


the phone is sim unlocked already - have reflashed rose rom just to make sure - and there are no problems, phone connects to my network without issue.

Any ideas ??

Hello, thanks for the fix, sms now do work, and I think it is the best rom I've seen so far! Unfortunately the 4GB memory card is not recognized - is this a rom issue or the hardware just does not suport it? (the bootloader obviously does not...)

It's a pity the translation is not 100% to english (I relly do NOT know chinese!! :|). So I have to migrate to another one. Any suggestion?

Wow.. what a great, stable and fast ROM... This is one of the best ROM's out there... Some of the menus in Security center has some junk characters in it... They appears as 000000 (squares). I think it is because of incomplete language conversion from Chineese to English. Any suggestions ?

Not sure what happened - but ran the spv services again - and the phone was identified as locked. I ran the services again, phone is now again identified as unlocked.

Rom flashed and installed without issue - the sim error message is not there.

Rom looks good - will install my preferred software, and advise if any issues come up.

ei guys my fon is a tornado and i just flashed it to guohuageng's WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20282.19597 for Tornado with Neo Style English Version V1...i luv the rom though my only complain is the xt9...setting the multipress time out to 1/2 seconds doesnt seem to apply on the xt9 and creating a message is a bit too slow for me...i dont like the xt9 is there a way that i can use the normal t9? :confused:

I only wanted to thank you for this GREAT rom. Very fast etc etc, but the best is quality of music played on bluetooth stereo headset - is awesome!!

Hi.
To switch to 96dpi, take a registry editor and edit the values of LogicalPixelsX and LogicalPixelY. They have to be changed from 131 to 96..... And all items will be displayed correctly after a reboot. I use regeditSTG2 to change the values.

Not working:
(1) Activesync to exchange seem partially working. It can detect exchnage and enforce the policy but never sync correctly
(2) When turn on wifi using comm manager, it doesn't work. You must goto Wireless Manager to turn it on
(3) When you use the camera, you have to reset brightless
(4) when you take out the battery and restart the phone, the time zone changed back to GMT-7


I really love the interface and it is fast. I hope you can fix the problem.

If i Turn My Fone Into Flight MOD , i am not able to turn it back even i try to turn it On from Com manager , Bluetootch Auto start sut Bluetooth fone goes Flight MOD ,

so i have to power of and then on to make it rite

BIG PROBLEM,

When you flash the phone and put in a sim card, the phone will lock to the carrier (I think).

On Sunday, I went to US from Canada. the phone keep on "searching" and cannot search US carrier correctly. When I went back to Canada, the phone can detech Fido carrier again. I think the firmware have carrier lock.

my phone is sda t-mobile phone and upon updating my phone to this rom, the status bar stops at 97% with an error message of Error 262: Update error.

i did followed the recovery instructions yet the same happens.

5 times i repeated the recovery instructions yet status bar always stopped at 97%.

what might get wrong... is my phone now an expensive paper weight?
