I'm trying to upgrade WM OS5 to 6 does WizardServiceTool still exist

I'm trying to upgrade my HTC Wizard /windows mobile from OS 5.1.195 to something a little more up to date. It won't allow upgrade to 6.1. does WizardServiceTool still exist. The links I've found don't work. <http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=329170>
Tried downloads via win PC and Mac
