What version of windows are you running ?
I am using WM6 and its working fine for me..
I am kind of new with this so I might be wrong
BUT .. You have selected "Use server-assigned IP address" and you are trying to edit it .. right ?
I think you should select "Use specific IP address" and then try configuring it ( fill up IP address, Subnet, Default gateway)
see attachement..
I hope you'll improve upon your english.. took me a good 15 min to figure out the question..
Also The WLAN search is automatic. I don't think you can control it. IF it finds any networks it'll tell you.

I have an original unflashed O2 XDA Orbit (HTC Artemis 200) with WM 5.0 OS 5.1.342 (Build 15096.3.0.0).
I can wifi connect to internet over open (unsecured) access points, so wifi hardware seems to work ok.
But I can't connect to WPA-PSK TKIP secured access point (my own, for which I know network key).
Please help.
