PLEASE help assigning a button

When i go under START - SETTINGS- BUTTONS, there is no button to assign, I want to assign MS VoICE Command ANYWHERE on a HARD Button. Tried AE Button and Hbutton, no success...please help

I use SortInchKey (http://d.hatena.ne.jp/xianon/20070914/1189704053#c) and it works perfect on my Volume up and down keys.
