[REQ] Forum Sections for non-HTC phones?

I know this forum is dedicated to XDA/HTC phones but there are many of us here who own or are considering to buy other brands of phones that also run Windows Mobile. Is it possible to give those phones like a general section? Maybe 1 for Samsung? I'm considering to get an Omnia but there just doesn't seem to be that many ROM's or even support for those devices other than HTC made. An extra long 100 page thread in the Off-Topic section is extremely hard to look through.

As stated already a hundred times by moderators, admins and other members:
This forums are dedicated to XDA / HTC devices. Available 'expand possibilities' should be preserved for upcoming HTC devices only. It is (sometimes) already hard enough to find relevant information, now think about that other non-HTC topics would get another section here too ... in my opinion: disaster!

Even non-HTC devices have their own fan club, so, search the web and you will find a forum dealing with your favorite non-HTC gadget!

The arguement that there are non-HTC devices with WM does not really make sense! If you're loking for a generic registry tweak or how-to in WM, you will find it here even without having a non-HTC device board ... for everything else: google!

No it's not going to happen..

This is a HTC only forum, adding all the other WM based phones is undoable, imagine ALL the wm-based phones have their own sub-forum here..
We draw the line at HTC, there are plenty of other alternatives for your favourite non-htc phone.

wow nvm. i searched but i dont see anything similar. close this or delete plz. i just thought that some devices here which arent truely htc like the xperia and some of the hp's, maybe we can make an exception for more.

The experia & HP devices are built by HTC for HP & Sony so they are HTC Devices.
