Download an older WM 6.0 ROM, power the phone off, hold the camera button while you plug in the USB cable. The multi colored boot screen will appear. Use the RomUpgradeUtility to flash the phone. There is more info in other threads. Good luck.

Take the memory card out then try to boot it up. Many times it is a faulty memory card that is causing the 'freeze'
