Cannot download rom upgrades!!

Avast continually tells me all the Polaris ROM upgrades contain a virus - and nothing I do will stop them being deleted or quarantined or just blocked from being run!

Help!

You have just to desactivate your antivirus before you lauch the rom upgrade.
