Just little info about the rom
This is a mixture of OEM apps from Raphael Opal Jade and Blackstone everything that was not VGA depentant I've taken from Blackstone
the HTC Acount Manager looks like it's a part of some future plans by HTC for now it lets you log into Youtube but there are images for facebook so that must come soon :D
JETCET printer is also from Blackstone and looks like it a further development of the BTBPP but with much more options.

This ROM can be dumped and recooked. Unlike many of the cooks, no RGU have been deleted. No DSM has been deleted. And most of all, the ROM has not been crippled against dumping by deleting IMGFS signatures. So feel free to dump and modify upto your taste. And share the knowledge with the community. We can improve more by sharing the knowledge than keeping it secret.

there are not much changes except for build that seams to me to be much more smooth and stable then the 20764


I've also fixed the Battery indicator in the taskbar
Removed iContacts there is a newer version that anyone can install if they like

for now I've added 2 Camera albums Why?
The default album is the one from Jade and works as it should
the second is from Blacksatone and the folder preview (with all pictures is a bit messed but single picture preview is perfect but only portrate) but this one has the option to upload pictures to Facebook and video to Youtube. I'm shure there will be a fix for this soon
I've called the Blackstone version Album Uploader. I've uploaded 2 pictures to my facebook so I know it works :D

I like the new ROM.

1) I miss the Connection Setup wizard with the first start of the ROM.

2) why is the Animated.gif read-only.
I want to have my one Animated.gif, but this isn't possible because the file in the ROM is read-only and I can't change this or delete the file.

Hey all,

this is a great rom (my first one) but i have one problem that is causing me a little difficultly.
Before i mapped the comm manager onto button 3 beside the volume control.
However now i cannot link to the comm manager from anywhere, i need to go through settings to turn the wifi and bluetooth etc on and off.

Am i missing something or can any reccomend how i can do this?

This is amazing! I just like being able to slide on the bottom part, contacts, internet, etc. The set-up is smooth.

I only made one change for myself - fonts back to normal size since one of the bottom buttons could have a long list and I would have to scroll up/down to get the option I wanted. Other than that, it works great, I love it, it's MUCH better than what I had!

Opera and YouTube's working great.

I am also able to look through the photo gallery, but for some reason, the camera does not work. It gave me an error message, "Unable to capture photo. Unable to get frame data from camera device." Some users have said flashing the radio back to the original would work. I don't know... Other than that, I'm extremely happy with my "new" phone.

I also notice it does not give me the option of front or back camera...

I was same problem with battery, with another rom when I us gullum phonecanvas. When I change to older version it was ok.
In this rom I install Opal Keyboard, I have not my languages in the list.
How change data format, to name of day, day, month, year?
Rom is great.

OK, I've installed with no problems.
So far everything works fine, including devicelock.
However, the camera button when pressed half-way for autofocusing doesn't work . pity..
Anyway, rom seems complete with everything I need, responds fast enough.
Gave me some trouble when I installed ezinput keyb. But it was finally solved.

Yes, auto focus doesn't work but bluetooth works good (with jabra3030) :D

Yeh I noticed this too, at first I thought it may (the weather graphics) be from a VGA device so the width is wrong (too much to the right) but I tried another new ROM (cant remember which one) from this forum and the weather was the same on that ROM too. So, I'm not sure whether is a mistake (bug) or whether the graphics for this has change and it is correct???

here's some more questions:
How could we change the latin alphabet of icontacts to something else? ex. greek characters? If this isn't possible how could we cancel the use of icontacts and return to the classic contacts interface?

the changing of icontacts to classic poutllook is already answered..
But what about the changing of latin alphabet? Checked out the programmer's website but I can't edit the settings.ini file 'cause it's readonly (rom)
If anyone experiences the same problem the solution is simple:
reinstall the application from here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2245963)
Then download the language files from here (http://www.supware.net/iContact/language/) to the \programs\icontact directory, then use the icontact settings utility in contro panel (settings/system) to change language to whatever you downloaded.:D

This is easy to solve, just download any other cooked rom without such problem, copy out the htchome.xml file and replace the one under \windows will do ;)

Or if you want to solve it once flash, edit the rom file, delete the original htchome.xml file and add in the working one, flash the rom :o

for the touchflo 3d to work correctly i completed next steps:
install the htc-ca-polaris-drivers.cab (http://www.htcclassaction.org/download/HTC-CA-Polaris-Drivers.cab)
install the tf3d-qvga.cab (http://www.htcclassaction.org/download/TF3D-QVGA.cab)
after that ive downloaded this pack:

inside this pack theres a instructions.txt
i started at step 4 cause the drivers and tf3d are already installed.
im using the newest polaris radio version: 1.59.44.02

its pretty smooth running......but it still has some minor bugs in it so i dont recommend it for daily use yet. hope they will bring out the real release soon!

*1 problem, when running tf3d i cannot put the phone on standby mode, to put it in standby i first need to uncheck the touchflow3d from the today items. i did some research and some people say this has to do with the drivers...

this is a false posetive ... the Polaris_CustomRUU.exe is writhen and behaves in a similar way that some Trojan do so some AV programs see it as a Trojan.

you can install any tf2d skin and use the Manila customizer from the tools folder to change them.

Thank you very much for your answer but the issue is not how to change skin, in the weather tab the graphics are shifted to the right of the screen and not centered.
As a result all skins in the weather tab are showinmg the weather graphics not centered but to the right.

Also as another friend commended, it would be very useful to have the communication manager icon in the programs menu in order to assighn it in one button.
Could there possibly exist a cab for that?

Generally after using your rom for almost 2 days i could not find any other problems (together wih the auto focus issue and perhaps a pressure issue in the screen, i am sensing that some times extra power is needed, but again this could be my polaris issue!)

I'm having problems connecting to the Internet on T-Mobile UK. I'm using radio 1.59.44.02 and so far I've tried:

1. Connection settings. Runs ok, restarts etc but still can't connect to email, internet or use Synchrotime
2. Tried to install Network Connection cab file but this just gives an "Error in database" error message. When I had problems with the beta of this ROM this sorted it.

Does anyone have the full settings for T-Mobile (tried to get them from the website but the setup message never arrives) or a copy of Network Connection that will work?

Actually another problem I get, apart from the above "contacts" issue, is the clendar display on the front screen..... it dissapears..... don't know why, always after some days it just vanishes and no amount of setting the "line 3" on or off or changing configurations or programs within M2D can get it back, the only way, hard reset or re-flash.

Hey guys,

think this is only my second issue with this rom so all good!
I don't know how but i have managed to stop manilla2d from starting when i soft reset or shut down.
I have tried to restore the config settings but nothing seems to be able to auto start manilla2d at startup.

Has anyone any suggestions? I don't really fancy a hard reset or a re-flash.

Oh and i noticed another issue when i was on the train the other day. The remote does not work with the audio manager. Only the play and pause buttons repond. I'm not too fussed at this but i thought i might mention it sisnce no one else has.

Endeed camera autofocus isn't working, I tried with radio 1.59.42.15 and radio 1.59.44.02, and taking video, after 16 sec it says "Video recording aborted. Failed to write data to the video file ". The "contacts issue " is somehow disturbing too. Some clues?

I wanted to change the appearance of my folders (Icons for Multimedia, Tools, Aacessories and etc...) in programs like how they look in your Rom. I already searched the forum and found some threads with some ideas, but none of them worked for me. Would you or someone please direct me how can I have them looked like they are in the attachment?
