Turn off radio by ear

the latest time the radio is often shut down. This is in the communication manager in the firts option. It's because off when i'm on the phone with someone my ear selects this option.

Is there a option or program that blocks the touchscreen when talking on the phone?

Quite simple: As soon as you get into a call, press the power button to block the screen :).
