XDA Forum Members,
Without going into any details I want to assure everyone that this issue has the full attention of the XDA Moderation Team. We have removed the Threads & Posts in question from public view until the matter at hand is resolved.
In the meantime we don't want conjecture and speculation to rule the court of public opinion. Any threads or posts found discussing this will be deleted, that includes any external links.
dcd1182's ban has been lifted and he has been contacted regarding this matter.
Unfortunately it is the holiday season and that may cause a delay in resolving the matter. We appreciate you compliance and patience.
If anyone has anything to say or report regarding this please direct it to me in a PM as I will be keeping an unbiased eye on this situation.
I would also remind everyone that if you ever have an issue with a moderator feel free to contact another moderator or better yet, use the the Report this post link (little red triangle with ! on the upprt right corner of every post) to send your comments and the exact post to the entire moderation team.
