Smile Full Arabic rom
here is the Arabic rom for Htc-s620 also for t mobile Dash and xda cosmo , but u should to have S/N from Htc.

just try to do this then u can read an write full Arabic , and if u sucsees to get the Arabic rom, please do a favor for me and send me ur serial number because i don't have Htc !
