Stuck At Boot

I got stuck here after trying to install the CR86_Touch_HD_X0 rom. it went through a full install sequence and then after that it is stuck on the 4 color screen (red, green, blue, and white). it shows me the IPL/SPL. how can i flash it to a different rom from here?

I assume you've already unlocked your device for flashing (HardSPL, etc.)?

As long as you have a full charge, you should be able to flash from this screen. Charge it while turned off on a wall charger until you get a green light, and then turn it on and put it on your USB cord. It should say "USB" at the bottom of the Wizard's screen. Run the RUU like normal.

thanks. yeah i referred to all the past guides and found that i was able to get the phone going again running a bootloader called wizard love. thanks again for the response.
