Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my imate jam. When I soft rest the device it shows a screen with Serial ( V1.0 ).. and nothing happens... I don't see any progress !
then, and in order to turn on the device again, I have to take off the back cover and place it again and then press on the power button. Then, when I start the device, it goes all the way with a loading process until it shuts off by itself. for no reason. any ideas what's going on ? :confused:
one more info. I tried to update the ROM, using imate website. I downloaded the latest version available in their website, but the phone turned off in the middle of the update process, and showed USB V1.0 on the screen. :rolleyes:
