No 3colourscren

my prophet was working normaly and while i was installing a program it stoped. i formated it and reinstalled the windows but what happened is:

1-it doesnt recognize the memory card anymore

I thought it is rom problem , i tried to install anothere rom but:mad: THERE IS NO 3 colour screen but the prophet is working

please any body have idea about this problem reply .

i tried hardspl but it didnt continue the process
while i was doing hardspl my prophet turnedoff

First off all charge the battery for 2 hours before doing this.
After turn on the device and press for 5 seconds the com button on the left side of the device.
You will enter the 3 colours loader.
Connect the device to the PC.
Step 2 Install the original Rom
Step 3 Do a Rom update use step 2 of pdamobiz Rom, select update rom file and wait.
Step 4 Do a hardspl G3 or G4 see your device to see witch one is it.
Step 5 install a new Rom with the RUU update utility G3 or G4.
Then you just have to wait the device to reboot and you can use it.
Note: Use the 2.19 radio Rom its the most stable, you can install it after installing the final Rom ok.

i am sorry but i thought the three colour screen meens bootloader my problem now that i cant change this rom as it dont recognize the memory and also there is prblems with bluetooth.

Listen up that procedure i explained would put the PDA working 100%, if you have the problems you say you do, its because you installed a rom inappropriate for you device. The memory and bluetooth problems come from bad radio rom and from roms that are not suitable for the device, you mad bad installations, that is the real origin for your problems, if you want to stay with your device with problems fine, in my opinion the best is to put the original rom in and after that, do the rest of procedure if you don´t want to this its up to its your device not mine.

Same problem here, no 3-color screen appears when I start or reset and press the comm button on the side.

OK guys after beeing in bootloader mode do a g3 or g4 update with a new rom don´t forget to connect the usb cable correctly, see if it works, if it does not tell me what are your problems, bye. :D

Listen did you charge the device for 4 hours first on the electricity - step 1
Do a hard reset with the stylus on the device - step 2
press the left com button for 5 seconds on the device, before anything appears on screen - step3
If everything goes well the 3 colour screen will appear. :D
