Help Invalid Vendor ID ERROR [294] spanish

he adquirido una HTC S730 pero esta en ingles
quiero ponerla en español pero siempre me da el error Invalid Vendor ID ERROR [294]
he intentado segir los pasos del post "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1783203&postcount=1"
pero sigue dandome ese error.
la rom que estoy intentado poner es: _HTC S730_RUU_Wings_HTC_SPA_1.31.412.0R3_radio_sign_25. 86.30.08_1.60.43.19_Ship.exe
mi ingles es muy pobre y tal vez estoy haciendo algun paso masl.

It seems that your device is still CID locked.

You have made the right decision by flashing it with HardSPL, but apparently you did something wrong.
