myFaves during In-Call

When I call a myFave contact the screen seems to be fuzzy around where the myFaves icon and picture should be, I need serious help on fixing this, can someone please help! I'm a super noob. I just got this phone for Christmas and I ruined it! Please help!!!:confused: This is after I upgraded to 6.1 and downloaded duprades myFaves app/

Same happens to me since 6 months ago...I leave it like that cuz got work to configure myfavs.

So what did you do to actually, get rid of/hide/avoid looking at the ugly mess!
