This is my Personal ROM Based on 2.00.421.1 xip & build 19965...big thanks to Eddg (http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=1245714) for finding a gem of a ROM

Voice Commander (cabs are available for this, should you wish to use it)
Windows Live (Don’t know anyone who uses this...again easily installable from Microsoft Site)
Google Maps (New version available with Street View)

Regedits:
Enable Phone Lock
Manila Weather Localisation for the UK
HKLM\Software\OEM\TFLOSettings:
SpeedHigh: default value 5 from 25
SpeedLow : default value 14 from 70....for faster scrolling

Recommended Regedits (using Advanced Config 3.3 - performance menu)
File system filter cache: 4096 sectors
Glyph cache: 32KB
I have not implemented these....its just my recommendations.
Security warnings and Error Logging remain...but are easily disabled using Advanced Config

I have not messed with anything else....

Just compare the 2 descriptions and you'll be able to spot the differences. Nothing major, just added mods and tweaks and since its in its own thread, hopefully we can expect continual updates :D

imo hd manilla is a lot slower....i know this as i tried 2 roms from a chef yesterday....his new full hd and tf3d......the tf3d ran rings round the hd :)

Remove or rename HTCPhoneLockOn.bmp in the Windows directory using Total Commander....you might have to disable the dialer skin, theres a regedit you might have to do, but lets see if you get away with that.

Sometimes you have to turn the phone off and take out the battery for 10 seconds, put the battery back in and it will stick.

You should be able to select GSM only by tapping the Start menu, followed by Settings and tapping on Phone icon in the Personal tab.

You should have a tab labelled Band which you select and under 'Select your network type' chose GSM.

Saves you having to install ACT 3.3.

There are so many good 2.03 ROMS flying around, mine would just be another version slightly different.
I personally don't see any marked improvements between 2.00 and 2.03 apart from the slider phone canvas (added).

So unless I can add something different and worthwhile, I don't see the point of cooking another ROM for the sake of it.
There is nothing new to add apart from a few tweaks and things...
Besides my personal experience with 2.03 is that it saps more memory than 2.00 over a working day.

But if anyone has any issues or problems with this ROM, then I will gladly assist.

Agree! i'm more than satisfied with your rom. a few more tweaks and personalizations here and there, and there's nothing to envy with respect to any 2.03-based. actually... a bug in 2.03 that matters to me, is the static ip over WiFi (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=469046), reason why i got back to yours. cheers

i tested this rom for few days. its very fast, the scroll is very smooth but i have a problem. wneh in tfl3d menu go to the music, the phone frezes. when i put jus 4-5 mp3 files its ok, but when i put about 300mb mp3 it freezes...

Use ypur rom, .023 radio, 1.40 olinex
