Is there a program to password protect files??

SPB Pocket Plus gives me the option to encrypt files in File Explorer.

i dont want to download all that for just the file protect feature. any other way??

Try "Crippin" here http://crippin.netfirms.com/, it is the only one I found also automatically launching the associated program and it runs well on my Kaiser.
