Synchronizing Contacts

Hi

I used to synchronize to and from my pc contacts on my Magician. Now I have bought Prophet and want to synchronize contacts in it too.

The problem is that the sim contacts and some of contacts on my PC are same, so my prophet now has duplicate contacts
e.g contact "abc" with same number, is repeated twice

How to solve this problem?

And what is the folder in my PC where the contacts in PC are being stored?
