HTC Universl problem

Hi

I was installing Resco Suite on my Universal, after installation I performed a soft-reset, it restarted as it does normally, but restarted again after a couple of minutes.

Now it keeps restarting again and again. Can you please guide me what sort of problem it is and how it can be solved?

Try to hard reset and you´ll have the problem solved
