i want to connect my p3300 to internet with a cable usb without wifi

Do it through Activesync. Go to connection settings and tick the last box to allow internet connection while in activesync.

Go to programs > Internet Sharing and select USB and your network Connection, on the bottom left push Connect, now connect your USB cable to your PC and a connection will be created on your PC and now you can use Internet.
