MMS over Wi-Fi?

I have a HTC Fuze without a data plan. I was wondering if there is a way to send or recieve MMS messages with a Wi-Fi connection. thanks :)

I would also love to send MMS over WiFi.

The only way i can think of is to email someone the picture or maybe you could email their phone i dont know about pictures but you can text phones using by sending an email to 9995551234@att.net or whatever the ending is i never tried it with pictures though
