Hi folks.
I called Verizon today after doing a hard reset and my phone wouldn't make or receive calls or data. After doing some troubleshooting, the guy I was talking too found out that someone else out there has the same ESN as me. I got my phone from Verizon, so he's sending me a new one and I'm sending the old one back.
The only issue is that I, like many others, have upgraded my ROM to the new unofficial 'Official' Win 6.1 ROM. Is there a default or factory ROM out there that I can download and install to the phone so that I won't get charged for the phone once they receive it?
If not, what would more than likely happen?
