Htc touch diamond does not start

Hi, i flashed yesterday udK Syrius HD R0 - Build 20764.1.4.3 - Based on v2.03.401.2, all went fine, phone was working
Today after almost 24h since flashing, my phone started to work slow and I did reset it. Now it wont start, it stucks at this screen:

Did u do a recommended Hard Reset after installing this Rom?

(Volume Down + Centre Button + Soft Reset Button)= Hard Reset

I had no problems so far ....

c'est très simple appuies sur la touche pour baisser le volume et le bouton reset à l'arrière du téléphone, relâche reset en maintenant la touche de volume jusqu'à l'apparition d'un écran aux bandes colorées rouge vert bleu

et après ?
tu branche ton câble usb et tu flashes comme d'habitude

i didnt do hard reset, but since the rom worked fine for almost 24hours i dont think this is problem, but thx for advice

I have similar problem but after I have recorded new ROM that my TOUCH does not want to start and it keeps screen as you see even 24 hours.
I can not flash new ROM because this problem does not allow me to connected to my PC.
I have tried many soft and hard ressetes.:confused:

go into Bootloader mode (press volume down button with power on button), its a tri-color screen. plug in the USB cable and flash a new ROM .

Ok..there is a simple fix to this,it happened to me 2 and i was woried i could not connect it to activesync and i could not install enithing new.Ok..so do the folowing..prepare a new rom that you want to install...then..press and hold the centre round button (the one in the middle of the keypad)..and start youre device (or if the device is already on..just keep the centre round button presed and use the stylus to reset it)...you will go in the colored boot screen...now...conect your usb cable to youre diamond..and click to run the new rom .exe file,and it will load a new rom...let me know if this works and best of luck!

i have the same problem after i downloaded a new rom now i only get a booth screen and hard reset doesnt ork and my pc can find my phone any more please help me !
