My TyTN II US Version will be here on 1/07/2009 ( my first converged device). I am stoked to get it. I am trying to get everything ready in advanced. I searched this forum and goggled for about 3 days now. I was not able to find an answer for my question. Dose HTC Home Customizer v1.0 final work on a stock TyTN II WM 6.1 without issues or will I have the same issue as the AT&T Tilt WM 6.1 users? If I need to supply any more info please let me know. Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

If you mean the weather patch, that was an AT$T thing and workarounds are in the forum. Other than that, I haven't come across any problems when I used it.

Thanks for your reply denco7, I am talking about the app that lets you customize the home plug in and get local weather through custom database. I was just curious if it would work straight up or if I would have to pursue some of the work arounds like the Tilt users have to do.

I'm running HHC on a stock WM6.1 rom. No problems at all.

This is good news. Are you using the custom local weather database on HHC 1.0 Final.

I actually don't use the weather tab at all. I have tried it and it works, but can't tell you which database etc etc.
Well, to summarize, installed and changed the HTC home tab to my liking and weather tab did connect and work all as before. Didn't even know there were much weather setting as I never played around with it.

Most excellent. Thank you for all your help. The weather is the feature that I was really needing to work. Once again thanks for taking the time to confirm this for me. :D

It did not work for me natively on my stock TyTn II. I had to use the same method to get it to work as for the AT$T Tilt. I guess this post is here to serve as reference for anyone else looking for the answer to this question.
